ANNUAL DUES
Annual Dues
Annual dues of $500 are due by March 31, 2026.
Payment for annual dues should be made out to Royal Ridge Town Homes Association, Inc.

MEETINGS
The Town Homes II Board of Directors meets once a quarter and residents are welcome to attend. Please call or email us to learn when and where our next meeting is scheduled.
Our Semi-Annual Meeting is usually held in late spring to review the year and discuss upcoming plans. It will be at the Royal Ridge Recreational Clubhouse located at 5859 Royal Ridge Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78239.
Our Annual Meeting is usually held in October to discuss the upcoming year. It will be at the Royal Ridge Recreational Clubhouse located at 5859 Royal Ridge Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78239.
As required by our bylaws, a formal written notification will be sent before the planned meeting date. Member attendance is encouraged, and we look forward to seeing you there!

There are a total of 9 associations under the umbrella of Royal Ridge Neighborhood Association. We are one of the 9 associations. Our HOA consists of 94 homes on the following streets:

- 5800 block of Archwood Drive
- 10300 east section of Grand Club
- 5800 block of Grandwood Drive
- 10300 block of Grand Circle
- 10100 west section of Grand Park
